The ask : Promote Newton-Wellesley Hospital by creating a campaign that highlights our devotion to giving the best care to our patients.
The idea : Doctors often focus on facts and science, giving them a clod “robotic” figure, making patients feel they are just another case to doctors, creating an emotional barrier in the doctor-patient relationship. For this campaign, we want to “humanize” doctors by showing their lives outside the hospital, they have feelings and love their families like we all do. So they empathize with their patients, and that’s why they genuinely care.
